Progressive layering of two different densities of EPS foam combined with the AURA reinforcing arch adds all kinds of strength and structural integrity to the shell, allowing the engineers to carve huge Wind Tunnel vents into this shell for outstanding airflow at all riding speeds without compromising safety. Speaking of safety, the spherical Technology’s ball and socket design, powered by MIPS, redirects impact forces away from the head by allowing an inner and outer layer to rotate around each other during a crash, greatly reducing stress on a riders neck and adding another layer of protection for the brain. Comforting touches like the Fidlock magnetic buckle, XT2 anti-microbial padding, and Roc Loc Trail Air retention system make it much easier to dial up the comfort and security, and the integrated eyewear grippers ensures the eyewear always has a place no matter what the weather or riding situations dictate.
